DOUBLE GLAZING WINDOWS, DOORS AND CONSERVATORIES

At Freelance Windows we only use Rehau windows and doors, Rehau offer a huge range of stylish and energy efficient windows to suit any home.

WINDOWS

Choosing replacement windows gives you a marvellous opportunity to enhance or change the character of your entire home. The following is just a sample of some of the window styles available.  The Rehau Total 70 window profile guarantees maximum energy efficiency and performance with an achievable U-Value of 0.8 which far surpasses most building requirements

All of the Rehau windows we install are steel reinforced and any ground floor windows are also coupled with high security YALE locks and keepers for peace of mind knowing your home is always secure.

When it comes to replacement windows, the glazed unit is just as important to gain the benefit from them. All of our windows are installed with Pilkington K Low-E glass as standard. Things can be taken a step further with the inclusion of the fantastic ‘Swiss Warm-edge’ spacer bar to further reduce heat loss and also minimise external noise by reducing vibrations travelling between glass panes.

We also supply and install traditional glazed units which can include Georgian Bar inserts, traditional lead and bevels and even stained glass.

DOORS

With a door, style and security are as important as one another, like our windows, all doors are fully steel reinforced with hardened steel hinges and 8 Point YALE lock mechanism and keepers, these come with a wide variety of reinforced panel inserts to suit any taste.

We supply and fit residential doors, patio doors and double doors. Below are some of the features that make our doors a quality product:

WARMTH AND SAFETY

In order to protect your children and pets from serious injury, Freelance Windows use only glass which conforms to British Safety glazing recommendations. The double glazed sealed units are available in widths of up to 28.8mm. We ensure that draughts are a thing of the past by using only the best gaskets and draught excluders.

LOW MAINTENANCE

Sub frames are available that eliminate the use of hardwood. This means your door is easier to maintain and also helps to protect the environment. The frames will not warp or rot and never need painting.
